First i'll start with the code, then we'll break it down. :]
Okay, to put in a header image, you'd edit this part of the code by putting the link to your image in the url space.
Oh no, the table is too big or small for our image! To adjust the width, you edit this part of the table by putting whatever width in the number space. Usually should not exceed 500 pixels.
Now we want a repeating background image, right? I usually make an image of a single color. The dimensions are whatever the width of the table is x 50 [or something small]. This is the part of the code where you put the url to your background image.
Now we want to edit our text color so it looks cool against our background color. You can edit this part of the code by using html [ex. 0000FF] or by using common color names [ex. black, red, blue, orange, yellow]
Like the font color, but not the font face? Here's how you change it.
Finally, you can edit the footer image using this part of the code. [found at bottom of code]

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=cellPadding,0,true][atrb=width,400,true]

[atrb=background,http://i53.tinypic.com/2h54j1j.jpg][blockquote]

[/blockquote]
